Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the anumati platform operated by anumati ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

anumati provides an online platform for business registration, income tax return filing, GST registration, trademark filing, and related compliance services in India. Our services include:

  • Automated document verification and data extraction.
  • Expert-assisted filing with government authorities.
  • Real-time status tracking and communication.
  • Secure document storage during the filing process.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use our services. By using the platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Responsibilities

When using our platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Upload genuine documents that belong to you or that you are authorized to submit.
  • Keep your account credentials confidential.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Document Submission

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of documents you upload. Our automated verification checks for document type, format, and consistency but does not guarantee the authenticity of the underlying information. Filing is based on the information you provide.

5. Payments and Refunds

  • Fees are displayed before you initiate a filing and must be paid in full before processing begins.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Refunds are available if we are unable to complete your filing due to reasons attributable to us. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of payment.
  • No refund is applicable if filing is delayed or rejected due to incorrect information or documents provided by you.
  • Government fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable.

6. Service Delivery

  • Estimated timelines (e.g., "7-10 days") are indicative and depend on government processing times and document completeness.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by government authorities, incomplete submissions, or force majeure events.
  • We will keep you informed of progress through email, SMS, and in-app notifications.

7. Automated Verification

Our platform uses automated systems to verify documents and extract information. While we strive for accuracy, automated verification is assistive and subject to human expert review. We do not guarantee that automated verification will catch every error or discrepancy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the anumati platform — including text, graphics, logos, software, and design — is owned by anumati and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our written consent.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the platform to:

  • Submit fraudulent, forged, or stolen documents.
  • Evade taxes or engage in money laundering.
  • Interfere with the platform's operation or security.
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform for commercial purposes.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, anumati shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold anumati harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, submission of inaccurate information, or violation of any applicable law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
